Kept every live product iterating post-launch, with no dedicated engineering org or PM staff behind them, just direct execution from idea to deployed URL.
Applied the same delivery discipline from the enterprise roles below to founder-led products: sprint cadence, scoped releases, QA testing, and a straight line from requirement to ship.
